They've gone way down hill. Now even if you dial a branch office to ask a specific question you'll be routed to a call center. If you ask the call center rep to be patched through you'll be questioned repeatedly about the reasons for you call and they won't actually patch you through.

This banks phone service is awful. all calls go to an automated service and end up on hold for a long time.

Really good rates, and the rare times I've needed to go in or call they have been really helpful.

Avoid loans with this company. Actually just avoid everything to do with them. They used to be good, but now are horrible. It's a shame.
