I would first like to say that the interest rate is EXTREMELY HIGH but, thats the price you pay besides that i have no complaints customer service was excellent and theey do walk you through the loan contract, even when i was late several time(no more than a week)i never had harrasing calls or any of the drama people write about...again the interest rate is high but when you need the cash it is there and bit of advice,dont take a loan out if you cannot afford these extremely high rates!

Wasted 4 hours of my time. Called beforehand to verify that I had all required things to get a loan. Arrive there from Owatonna only to find out I was misinformed about title paperwork.

Great service, just high rates, but your paying for a loan that you WOULDN'T normally get, so why complain.

Terrible!!!!! They LIE and CHEAT you out of money. They tell you one thing and do another. Bottom line, they are thieves. DO NOT DO A TITLE LOAN, you will spend thousands and still most likely loose your vehicle. ( I was lucky enough to have family help me out of the situation. Don't count on this.) If you do find yourself f***ed and in this situation, go to a bank, get a loan, have family co sign of you have to. But get it taken care of ASAP. I was a month behind and when I went in to pay off the loan I found out that they had been trying to repossess it for the past week. I called every single day that month and asked if I was at risk for repossession and they said "no it will be a long time before that happens". These people pray on the vulnerable and desperate. What they do is illegal in the state of MN and for good reason. Don't make the same mistake as me.

0 stars... They would not stop calling and leaving messages on phone. Kindly asked them to removed my phone off their list and they're still calling and leaving messages. They have no system to look up a phone number to remove it from their list and wanted me to give full name of the person they're looking for in order for my number to be removed. The message that they keep leaving is for a Mrs. Johnson no first name. They sure do have a stupid system. It's getting annoying and frustrated! Stop calling and looking for someone I don't know! Stop harassing me!
