U.S. Bank Branch in Green Bay, WI

I am quite unhappy with the service I have been given at US Bank on Lombardi Ave., Green Bay, WI. On Friday Jan. 4th during the day, I checked my personal checking account and notice that it was getting low. At about 6pm I logged and noticed that I have 2 checks that were going to width drawl on the account, actually already did making it negative. I had a check for $2000 from my business account also with US Bank ready to go for a deposit Saturday morning. On my way to the bank I received voice message from a Tom / Bob at the bank letting me know my account was over drawn. I was already on my way. After the deposit I emailed Tad about the situation and stated that I do not want any finance charges on my account, the account is positive and ready to go. I could understand if several days went by. I came to the bank as soon as possible the only other way would be for me to break into the bank, but that would not work in my favor. I emailed Tad 3 times Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Went to the bank this Monday to talk to him in person. He said he was on vacation and that when he tried to email the message bounce back. I receive emails all day from other people so... I don't know what is going on with this. While I waiting. This is the funny part. I over heard Tom / Bob talking to another customer and the finance charges they were given would be reduced by half if that put money in the account. The amount of the fees for this customer were over $100. I forgot to mention that when I went to the bank on Wednesday to talk with Tad who was gone, I cashed some checks. Luckily I stopped and talked with Tom / Bob to see what he could do and he noticed that the deposit I made was put into someone else's account. Sweet. The fees I would definitely liked returned to my account are 2 x $31. I have banked with US Bank for about the last 4 years. August 2004, I looked at my first bank statement just the other night. I could be longer tho. Please let me know what you can do, if this cannot be resolved I will close my account and that would make voice US Bank's service far and wide. With all the troubles banks are having no a days you would think employees would understand customers give them lots of money which in turn pays them.
