Credit Management Control in Green Bay, WI

This company is horrible. A computer calls and tells you that you need to call them regarding some kind of past due account. I call the 866 number and then they don't recognize my phone number that I was just called on. They seem to call every few days and when I call and talk to a representative they say my phone number isn't listed in their computer. Even their number here doesn't work. Don't trust or do business with this company. I believe they are fraudulent.

This company was blatantly disrespectful to me AFTER my bill was paid in full, refusing to remove the report from collections. This type of illegal, immoral behavior has prompted me to seek legal action against them.

They are very rude and disrespectful over the phone, I called to pay my balance and was treated like a child. I repeatedly asked them not to be disrespectful to me on the phone, and was told if I was not able to take care of the full balance they could not help me, needless to say I hung up since they obviously were not willing to work with me.

Fraud. They have me under collections on my credit report however the $3 that I owe them I cannot pay as when they talk to me on the phone they try really hard to get my credit card # and social security #. But NO, they don't want a $3 check. Terrible, fraudulent BS. I have reported to my credit bureau to investigate.
