I have been working with James and his staff for about 5 years now. I have bought a two houses, bought several vehicles, got married, and so on. I call a few times a year to get advice on all sorts of things. Some things you wouldn't think anyone would have a clue about. I called James to see if I was covered to go drive a Ferrari with one of those autocross companies. I saved 200 bucks because I didn't need to buy their insurance. I have had nothing but great experiences with James and his staff. The only time they call me is when they found a better deal for me. Not sure what these other folks are talking about. They must not be working with the same company I am.
