Chase Bank in University Place, WA

Been banking with them over a year, no problems with my money and banking but horrible customer service and outrageous prices for things like bank statements and money orders. The manager was coming through the door and I'm disabled and was right behind him and didn't even hold or give the door a push for me, came in and no hellos or how are you or a smile or nothing, not even how can I help you, just what brings you here was what the lady said sideways as she does something completely random, no greeting or care but I guess that's what you should expect from chase???
