Wells Fargo Bank in Tukwila, WA

On Monday, April 25, 2016, I walked into the Andover Park E., Tukwilla Wells Fargo branch to request a counter check. There to receive me with a genuine smile was the service manager, Victoria Oraivej. When she saw me approach her counter, she immediately turned to greet me. What made this experience extraordinary was the manner in which she treated me. I actually felt like the most important person in the world. Why? Because, she listened to me intently and verified exactly what I needed. I explained my problem and need to her. Then, before I knew it I had my counter check. Service is okay. Wells Farog is known for decent/excellent customer service. Wait times at this location to 30 seconds up to an hour. I decided to close out my account with them because it should not be a monthly job to keep them from fining you their monthly fee. It was worth a try to find another bank but I think I'll just stick with BECU. If you can request BECU to remove the service fees its a good bank. Wells Fargo destroyed my trust with the bank accounts ethicalness.

Couldn't answer my question. Made me wait for 30 mins when they told me 5. Also, they ended up not helping me get my money transferred and basically just turned me away without any resolution. And I'm a member here!

Nice and friendly service. I like that their employees are friendly and helpful.

I had a Wells Fargo account for a brief time and found this location to be one of the better places. Customer service is excellent. Wait times can be 30 seconds to15+ minutes. Unless you have a highly active account they'll find ways to keep charging the monthly fee. Wells Fargo does not have the most ethical business principles.
