Terrible credit union. You are better off going to one with a bigger name such as Harborstone. I have been refused depositing birthday checks for my children from their grandparents. I had called their corporate office which thought that it was odd but Kenny the manager would not change his mind. Kenny deals with power struggle and most likely wont last long as manager.They are out of the way and only have one branch in the Tacoma area. Their parking lot is a nightmare during rush hour. We will be taking our Union Vacation account elsewhere by transferring electronically. Bad business. You've been warned.

I have never had a bad experience at Qualstar. Everyone is always helpful, pleasant and willing to do anything they possibly can for you.

Great customer service, tellers know me by name. Friendly and asks about the grandkids. Only drawback is the parking, however, it was recently redone. It is easier to park. They are shared branching so I can do all 3 CU banking.
