poorest customer service and policies of all the branches i have been too. not once or twice, almost consistently. The last time they told me i needed my account number to do transactions, the debit/credit and my id were not good enough. New Policy she says. No letters went out. When i went to another branch they had never heard of such a thing. I just dont go there anymore

I must agree with the rudeness of management and staff. I do my business at other branches and refuse to come here. I love ACU having been a member since it was Fort Lewis Credit Union. This branch gives the business a black eye.

Well.. its like a ghetto area and their atm has a bolt holding a card reader.. i took pictures because i know none of my friend would believe me when i told them.. ha..

I was an ACU customer for about 15 plus years but that changed couple of weeks ago because of their horrible customer service especially at their main branch JBLM. People waiting and waiting and their tellers checking their Facebook or personal emails. I am fed up with this Bank, I am glad I am out. I do not recommend this Bank at all.
