Northwest Auto Loan in Tacoma, WA

F*** this place!!! If I could give negative stars, I would! They are nothing but CON MEN! They will tell you anything to make a sale! Including telling you they have replaced major things (like a transmission) with its only been serviced. They will promise warentees that they can't actually offer (2 year/50k), they promise free oil changes for the entirety of a 2 year warentee and then they give you a hand written business card that says 3 oil changes. 3 oil changes isn't even enough to cover 1 year! And it's only for the shop across the street. After what I went thru with this "dealership" I wouldn't take my car to any place associated with them. Sorry T&T tires, you can thank AJ and NorthWest Auto Loans for the loss of a potential customer. Not to mention the OWNER(Adrian or AJ as he goes by) was the one making all these bogus deals. He knew 100% he couldn't/wouldn't keep his word about any of it. What does that say about a business when the OWNER is the biggest conman/scam artist out of all of them. I can't warn you enough, DO NOT TRUST THESE CLOWNS. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. When you call and ask something they don't like or disagree with they will just hang up on you. Don't make the same mistake we did. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE. I will tell anyone who will listen to run as far away from that garbage lot as possible! There are so many better options all up and down South Tacoma Way!

Excellent purchasing experience!! A good experience from start to buy (2006 BMW). We were met right away, talked about what we were looking for, we were not pressured looking around, test drove three cars with AJ answering questions, found exactly what we were looking for, picked car and closed with the price we were looking for. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from AJ and my daughter is in the process of purchasing hers. Highly recommended!!!

I went there and bought a car. I was very happy with the car and the price. However during the whole experience i felt as if the dealership itself was not professional. Then the next day getting insurance on the vehicle was very frustrating. I ended up calling a company who would find the lowest quotes on insurance. Within doing this they told me that the car had a SALVAGE TITLE AND HAD BEEN WRECKED AND SOLD IN AN INSURANCE AUCTION. I DID NOT know this when signing the financing paperwork. The car is going back within having it 24 hours. DO NOT buy a vehicle here. Not worth the time. Take your business and money and time somewhere else. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I spent weeks at different car lots dealing with rude salespeople and horrible customer service. All I wanted was a reliable car from a place I can trust. Then one day I stumbled upon a dealership in Tacoma and thought why not? Best decision I could've made. The salesman was very helpful and within 20 minutes I test drove a BMW and fell in love. I got affordable payments, a great deal, interest rate cut in half, and there was no stress. This has been the best car buying experience I've had.. Period.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my teenage daughter. This dealership made my car buying experience a hassle free one. Shopping for a car can be stressful. Also finding a good safe car for my daughter. The owner understood my concerns and helped me find the right car for my daughter. The professionalism this dealership displayed will always be top of mind for us. I will definitely refer him to my friends and family. By far the best service I've received!
