I tend to think there is always room for improvement. However, in this case, I was impressed. Melissa showed extreme professionalism in her manner, her delivery of information and her ability to respond to our inquiries, even if it was to say I will get back to you. And then she got back to us! Her knowledge of the process, the market and the new laws was accurate, helpful and timely. If I was going to ding anything it would be the amount of paperwork involved in refinancing a house but that wouldn't really count against any loan officer now would it. Before working with Melissa I had worked with two other loan officers and was disappointed in both people. If you want to work with someone who does an excellent job of getting things done, is personable and knows what she is doing, then Melissa is the person to call!
