Horrible! Do NOT use Numerica! The members are very nice people just trying to earn money, but they work for horrible people! I am a single mother with an infant daughter, and I fell behind on my car payment by a month. I stayed in contact with them and told them the situation. They said it was fine and to catch up on my payment asap. Then they repossessed my car! I figured it was just a mistake, but when I spoke to them, they said that because I fell behind and the car was now in their possession, I had to pay off the ENTIRE loan amount to get it back. (over $7k!) Thanks to some family members, I managed to get the money. I was told by their billing manager that I could pay some of it off with my AMEX credit card, but when I went in to pay, they said they couldn't accept it. Even though I had over $4,000 cash otherwise, they still wouldn't give me the car back. Plus they immediately reported it to the credit union so my credit is shot and I can't get another car. Thanks Numerica! Guess I'll just take the bus if my daughter ever needs to go to the ER.

Been with numerica for about thirteen years and I have been very satisfied and I love their mobile banking. Conveniently located. Thank you Numerica.
