Staffs were so nice but I guess you should get more staff to limit the long queue because the queue was up to the main entrance and some were getting impatient...

I can't think of a worse bank experience. They tried to deny me from depositing a check from my father, in Canada. Rarely do I see smiles, or any genuine warmth. They seem like genuinely unhappy people, and it's reflective in there customer service.

I was very impressed with the service when I opened my account about one year ago, however not experiencing good follow through. I have left three messages with the Shoreline branch concerning a simple change in my account and tried to order checks two times with no return calls. So, tried the toll free number to order some checks......just was on hold for 15 minutes and finally hung up. Left another message at the branch office. Not at all pleased with my choice of credit unions. If it's this difficult to order checks I'm concerned with what would happen if I had a difficult request.
