Avoid peak hours if you want to use the ATM. It can be quite a line with no place to stand.

I was thinking about opening an account with BECU, so I went to this location. The place was full of people. A machine was there to put you in the Queue, so I put my name in. I set my stopwatch on my phone and waited and waited, after 30 minutes, I announced to my fellow "waiters" I'd waited 30 Minutes and I had enough a person near me said she had been waited for over an hour. If this is there service, I don't want to use them.

This whole system could use a lot of work BECU is not for people that value their time.

Extremely terrible. I'm sitting for over 15 minutes , waiting for help. They have this stupid automated check in box like you would see in the Department of licensing.
