Our experience with guild mortgage Was terrible. The process did not go smooth from beginning to end. Even till the last day where we were suppose to sign at the title company they were still asking for additional paperwork. They did step up and compensated us for the moving truck. After we were not able to close on scheduled time. Seems like nobody talks to each other at that office. Always asking for paperwork they already had. Very frustrating to work with.
