I opened my account there 2 years ago, was treated very professional and respectfully. Everytime I went there, the chief or main customer service lady seems to be the only one there, single handed taking care of all the customer service matters, Sometimes she seems to be overwhelmed by the headphone, customers waiting and etc. The manager sitting at the back seems to be watching and choosing customers he wants to help and agnored or discriminate other waiting customers.

I was misgendered multiple times and then told I would be charged a fee for not having a bank account to cash a check written by a customer of theirs. My grandmother. They wanted to cut into christmas money my grandmother sent me. This is the banking system we bailed out. This is what banks are doing for us.

All employees have been very polite and helpful with me, and the service is always pretty quick. I've been with chase for 6 almost 7 years and it's not too bad, I just hate the fact I have to support big banks, but for a bank the service overall has been great!
