It is the third time trying to come into this Branch to make my deposits for my company, I wasn't believe what my partner telling me about this Branch but now I believe and never come back again.

I waited in the line for over 20 minutes to open a checking account, it was then denied because my Washington ID was recently issued. It was approved later and opened by an online sales representative and after making the opening deposit at this branch, the manager notified me that its possible to open it online but not in a branch with a brand new ID. I believe it was denied based on my personal appearance.

Went there to cash my check as my company has an account there and was told there u check wouldn't accept it after they have taken accepted all my other pay checks in the past. And seeing as how I had to write my info on my check for them and stamp my thumbprint on it,now no other places will accept my check due to its is now considered altered!

I have never had a problem making a payment on my car loan. But for whatever reason they would not accept my check. Not only that I asked for the manager and explained to Janice that I have never had a problem making car payments before at other US Bank branches. Janice reminded me why I will pay off this loan and get out of the US Bank business. Janice and US Bank customer service is horrible.
