Not a happy person. Made a mobile deposit on Saturday, was told my funds would be available on the next business day. Here I am not able to make my payments because I am still waiting. I talked to three different halfwits from this stupid bank. All of which gave me the same monotone, "I'm sorry ma'am. I can't really do anything for you." horrible customer service. Horrible banking service. Thank you for the late fees key bank. You suck!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in 30 years of banking. I move several thousand dollars through my accounts here and they let me know they had no interest in dealing with my issue, and when I said I'd close my accounts they didn't care. So today I switched my 3 direct deposits and I am moving to a bank that has customer service. The bank manager Mr Hernandez lost a good customer
