Bank of America Financial Center in Centralia, WA

No drive up tellers, and only 2 tellers inside working the counter on a busy Friday afternoon. They also recently removed the merchant teller. This bank has very poor customer service based on lack of services and employees. I would not recommend Bank of America to anyone.

I received the worst customer service from one of the teller's. Would not recommend this branch.

Teller Mary was not at all courteous to my sister trying to make a deposit into my account. The teller could have given her basic procedure information on why she couldn't make the deposit but instead she sent her away without any guidance what so ever and was very rude about it. Disappointed...

This bank is a JOKE!!!! They charge you to cash one of there own f'n checks there. How rediculous and stupid is that!! I had recycled some old copper pipes after redoing our plumbing and in out state they can only pay you 30$ in cash a day and the rest is sent in check form to your address. Which the recycling place banks at bank of america. It was only like a 8$ check by the way. They tried charging me like 5$ to cash one of their checks.

I have never done a google or yelp review but my experiences here have given me the motivation to finally do one. This branch has been nothing but an absolute head ache! First I sign up for a credit card, they never send me a single statement, a bill, email or text message that the card has a 75 balance on it (annual fee). I check my credit report annually and SUPRISE 6 months of being in collections. They refuse to fix the issue. Foolish me I stay with them. I make a purchase on my card. Go in 2 weeks later to make a payment. They say my first payment will not be due for another 6 weeks but i can make an interest free payment today. Ok so i do that. Come back in 35 days, surpise I am 2 weeks late on the payment... Talk to the manager, no postive result. Come back on the date my next payment is due 5 minutes until closing... Doors are lock manager opens the door to tell me all of the tellers have signed out and are no longer able to assist me, there are 2 other people still in line... Finally I'm fed up do a balance transfer off the card, go back into bank of America to make sure it is paid off they tell me there is roughly 68 dollars left on the card. I tell them i want to pay it off in full. They take my money, I have the teller verify the card is paid off and there will not be a balance next month (as long as i do not charge the card of course). And another big surprise!!! Today I check my app to make sure and there is another $35.80 balance on the account. Absolutely the worst financial institution I have dealt with. After finishing this last issue I will never step foot in that building again.
