U.S. Bank ATM - Bonney Lake in Bonney Lake, WA

Poor customer service. Called to clear up why money was taken from account. The explaination was one of our tenants money orders was for a different amount than was stated on the order. The manager said they were faint and hard to read and called MoneyGram herself. I asked that copies be sent to us and attempted to verify with her the address on file that the copies were to be sent to. She gave a 3 year old address that had been changed. We asked her to change it to the same address as all the other accounts and she said she could not do that because it belonged to the primary account and we had to go in a branch to get it changed. So we went to our nearest branch to get it changed and ended up having to argue with the lady at the window to make sure the address was changed as she only saw one address on file. I asked her to please call the manager at Bonney Lake branch because she told us we had to personally go down to the branch to have the address changed. She did call and was told that the manager changed the address. To top it off we never got copies from the bank and when I asked her to email the copies she sent them encrypted so we can not open them. Finally we went to a different branch and got copies. The tenants called MoneyGram and were told the money order in question was not fully cashed meaning the manager at Bonney Lake made the mistake. If she simply verified with MoneyGram when we questioned the funds being removed she would have saved 5 people stress and worry. My dad was stressed because he thought the tenants were trying to pull one over on him, the tenants were suspicious of us trying to get more money from them and I was left frustrated and felt very helpless on what to do. Thanks to our tenants for keeping such good records.
