BECU in Bonney Lake, WA

New, big branch across from Safeway & Fred Meyers. 2 atm's and 5 helpers.

Between the long waits to see the tellers, and the minimal amount of help the tellers can actually give me, I have to say BECU is the worst financial institution I have ever done business with. There are tons of other options for banking in the area, and every single one of them is a better choice.

BECU is a great credit union. They have great interest rates and no minimum to keep your accounts open. The Bonney Lake branch has great service. You cannot take out cash there in small bills, but they can direct you to the bank where you can.

Horrible car loan service. They ask you for a copy of your social security card even though the car dealership just ran a credit report with my social security number and verified my drivers license number. Have had the xar for a week, and was approved for the loan. But now, the becu loan is just sitting in limbo. Such BS!! And..they won't accept other forms of ID.
