I do agree with the below review. Diane - is the best person i have ever done business with in banking. I make many international wire transfers, and Diane makes sure that it is sent same day without any delays. Anytime i visit this bank I feel like everyone at the bank are my friends. They are very nice people. The bank has such an exceptional customer service thanks to Diane's leadership. Great Job!!!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Diane, the branch manager of Wells Fargo in Bellevue (1130 Bellevue Way NE) who referred me to Chris about opening a personal account and a business account. Excellence in customer service was being 2100 miles from my home bank, calling Wells Fargo for directions and being met at the door in the parking lot for my appointment. I've dealt with my own bank of 21 years as it went through several mergers and lost the personal touch and completely forgot about customer service. While at Wells Fargo, I found out that both business and personal banking were free with a savings account and I was well accommodated during my visit. Chris took the time to listen to all of my concerns and needs, introduced me to two of his colleagues and made sure that I felt comfortable with my decision to change banks before leaving. It is absolutely reassuring in the very impersonal world of banking that such incredible customer service still exists. Many thanks to Diana and Chris for making me feel welcome, valued, important and for introducing me to the many services of Wells Fargo that can all be handled from one branch - from personal and business checking to investment and wealth management accounts. This well run branch has given banking a good name - something that is very rare these days. They are an outstanding example of excellence in customer service.

Hello, my name Annita Thao and I visited the Wells Fargo Bank. It has good employees, not too great though, I had a good experience. The assistant manager I believe her name Nita K. could be more helpful in a day to day being responsible and not have anxieties. I visited for the first time, so I do not know how this place works, but hopefully my next visit would be a great customer services that is if I want to make a home mortgage loan.

The people at this branch are all very warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. I'm in there so often that many of them know me by name, and that's rare for such a large institution.

I went into this branch to get a cash advance against my credit card and they made a mess of it. When the first automatic payment went through, they debited my checking for the entire amount of the advance rather than the minimum payment, which was how it was suppose to be set up. Subsequently, I visited the Edmonds branch and was told they would reverse the payment. To date, nothing has been done to reverse this mistake made by the bank. If I choose to do another cash advance to put the money back into my account, they will charge me an additional transaction fee of 5%.
