We've work with TILA before and after checking around with other lenders on rates and such, we came back and used them again! Jeff Amira is great to work with! Very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and easy to talk to! We got the shorter term, rate, and payment we hoped for. For anyone thinking about a loan, I'd suggest calling him and at least giving him a shot at it.....we did and are very happy with it!

Nick and Hayley are excellent to work with. They add a personal touch to the home buying experience that I wouldn't have ever expected to get. Their professionalism and correspondence was top notch. They worked hard to make the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible, answering all questions I had in a prompt manner. The best moment was getting a personal phone call after my rate had been locked and the interest rates then went up twenty minutes later. Nick was as excited about sneaking in at the last minute as I was! No need to look furthur!

I would definitely recommend Dan Spector of Tila Mortgage. Dan went above & beyond during the 10 month process of refinancing our manufactured home. Dan was employed with a different mortgage company at the start of our refinance process. Upon employment at Tila Mortgage contacted me to finish the refinance process, which I could not have done without him. I do not think there are many loan originators' that would have been as committed as he. If there was an industry award for Loan Originator of the Year, Dan Spector, would, by far, be the winner for 2015 & 2016.
