Wells Fargo Bank in Winchester, VA

Went in to apply for an unsecured credit card and was told by Vicki ID here back and never did,three days later and I've called and manage to get her voice mail.if I didn't get approved she or someone could have called me.it's a damn shame that people with less than perfect credit can't get the same treatment as those with high scores.the only reason I give two stars is because kiana was absolutely phenomenal:). No follow up calls or nothing.I will be closing my account and how convenient when you want to speak to a manager, one is not available, what a shocker

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't even call and ask a question without the women getting frustrated with me because she didn't want to take the 13 minutes out of her shift just starting to explain so without even telling me she just hands the phone over to someone else. Way to go what a way to represent wells. Fargo bank. A bank I have been with for 10 years!! What a joke.
