Coastal Credit LLC in Virginia Beach, VA

I've received several loans from this establishment and had unbelievable service. Like a responsible upstanding American, I always made my payments on time and never had a problem with the customer service. I would recommend Coastal Credit to anybody anytime.

They are very unprofessional. They are not BBB rated. They charged my card and I did not authorize the charge. They are horrible. I will never recommend them to anybody. They are knee deep in a lawsuit. Called y job and harassed me and they have called my family and did the same.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with and they do things illegally. The vehicle I had was in a bankruptcy, they were getting their money every month. The car ended up being totaled, and the insurance company paid them in full. Now they are reporting to the credit bureau that I have not made 19 payments and defaulted on the loan. This is badly affecting my credit score that I am trying to rebuild. I contacted them to discuss that they were already paid off, and the woman in accounting started yelling at me and telling me she could not help me. I once again had to have my Attorney contact then to let them know that reporting this on credit was illegal due to me being protected by my bankruptcy.

worst experience I have ever had. They harass and are very unprofessional. All they care about is money, they will go through illegal measures just to get money they are not entitled to.
