Our mutual clients rave to me about their experience working with him and his team through the home buying process / mortgage loan process. When working with Atlantic Bay staff in completing a home insurance request for a mortgage loan, Jason and his team respond very quickly, the communication is excellent and his office is very organized. Humiliated and disrespected are two appropriate words I can use to describe my experience. Was denied for a USDA loan with a 655 credit score based off of old student loans under closed accounts. Never mind that I met all of the qualifications of this loan. At best, I received a denial letter in the mail that was very inaccurate about the reason(s) of the denial and without so much as a phone call or "Thank you for applying for a loan with us." I wasn't even given any recommendations on things I can do to get approved. This was discrimination and ignorance at it's finest.
