Berglund Credit Line in Roanoke, VA

I was. Only giving one option the lady really pressuered me into a contract. For a car that was honestly ready to be sold. it was dirty, there was a huge whole in the floor of the car. Right where the gas is thats she knew about and never mentioned. And also the check engine light turned on the very same day i bought it. When i tryed to take the car back she said no the very same day not even two hours later really !!!!! Very poor customer service. Very unhappy to stay the least.

If I could give it less than one star I would!!!! I spoke with a female at this place and she could not focus on anything. Over and over again was going all around the building as if she had lost something. Everyone else there was really nice though. Very nice cars but she told me that she was not interested in selling me a car. I am not real sure what her problem was. If I went there again it would not be to deal with her.

This place is a joke, do NOT buy a car from them. The car I purchased has been worked on 3 separate times and when I go to pick it up the car has the same problem that they "fixed". They are unwilling to fix the actual problem and making up excuses about fixing it. If they didn't want to fix the car then they shouldn't try to sell a broken vehicle in the first place. I am BEYOND angry with this place and I would advise anyone looking for a car to go somewhere else because this place is a waste of money and time. TREY TUCKER is the finance Manger and JOEY DAVIS is the sales manager. They have no idea what they are doing and will NOT cooperate with anyone.

For anyone looking for a car, this is not the place to go. The car that we got is not worth the price we are paying for it. There is something constantly wrong with it and is not at all what we told it would be. Also, if you have direct deposit set up, cancel it. They will take out more money from your account then the contracted price and then when you call to get it corrected, they will blame you for it. On top of that, will charge you a late fee and not tell you that they have charged your account a late fee, and let it keep accruing over the months until they finally tell you its on your account. What company doesn't have an online site for you to view your account yourself? Ridiculous! It's just a huge scam, from a faulty business. Don't waste your time or your money on them, their inventory is not worth it.

never get a car from these crooks. there is a lady in the back office that will demand payments and threaten you will a law suit when you are only one payment behind. she refused to switch my due date so my payments will be on time. when I first got my Nissan Samuel said I could not make one monthly payment but a every 2 weeks payment. that's how they make their money but telling customers pay every 2 weeks than the interest kicks them in the butt. also I only had my Nissan for 2 days than the check engine light came on. they offered to fix the problem but needed my car in their shop, it took 3 days than my warranty ran out. to future customers never ever get a car from Berglund credit line you do better going to shelor motor mile or to a small car dealer in town. the car dealer located beside Berglund is better than them. I will be contacting the better business bureau and state attorney general.
