This is the worst credit and finance company I have ever worked with. They are completely opposite of what their website says. Committed to honesty and integrity is a complete lie!! Don't waste your time trust me as a small business owner their business is horrible.

This place and the people who work there are a joke. Can't get a returned call for a payoff balance, always leave a voice message. It's funny that the first tab you see on their website is "Consumer inquiry/COMPLAINT" ...have no idea why....bet if I tell my bank to stop their drafts to my account for my payments that they will call.

Talk about POOR Company. They are about the worst! I am working with a client that had a lien from them and is attempting to short sale their home to be able to move forward. The company (Who already has a judegement and wage garnishment) will not rellease their lien in order to let the short sale complete. They would rather force the home through a complete foreclose...and still get nothing...since the 1st lien will take all the money

Made an unauthorized transaction on my bank account. never even heard of these guys no idea what its for. Called them but the auto answering service couldn't hear me talking or pressing numbers. so it hung up on me several times. Currently pursing fraudulent charges. Dont trust these guys and don't give them ANY information.

you are NEVER able to speak with ANY agent. They will transfer you and then leave you on hold for a good 30 + minutes. they are HORRIBLE
