Always friendly , good people ...... Been renting from them off and on for years

Every time I applied for a rental I always got a call the next day or same day. Well with Dawson Ford garbee was different, I had to call and call. They never called! I ask for a copy of what they saw on the internet from my criminal record, which I don't have, and never got a call back or email. I think if I paid $25 I have the right to see what they see. I honestly believe they bullshited me.....

They have caused my husband and I so much emotional and financial stress!! They might be good at real estate, but have NO IDEA when it comes to renting out properties. If you are looking for a property management company, look elsewhere!! Extremely disorganized and slow. They don't have much too loose in the deal, so they don't really try to work with you and its incredibly frustrating and there is nothing you can do. We are just stuck.

Horrible people! Rude and treated me like i was second-class. Took the money for the background checks knowing they already gave the property to someone else! If you can go anywhere else, go!

Great group of people. Always remember reviews that renters make are often suspect. I have no horse in this race, but generally speaking, people who are reasonable will work things out directly with the Realtor and not try to undermine their business. You are hearing one side of the story, and there is no requirement of proof they are telling the truth.
