Bank of America Financial Center in Harrisonburg, VA

Understaffed bank everytime i have to go into a boa branch in this area its frustrating long lines and waits ridiculous honestlyive gone in with the line going out the door and only 1 teller working and 1 in drive thru with the cars wrapped around the building to the front door you should expect more from a bank like boa but dont at least not here...

The tellers there are lazy and unprofessional. I arrived at the bank twice with misinformed information. They are the only BOA in the area closest to where I live in Staunton, Va the other is in Charlottesville,Va. They are always trying to leave early and never committed to doing their jobs. I arrived at their bank for a simple task and was turned away because it was exactly 4:30 pm and they only preform the task before 4:30 pm. The fact that I left work early to travel 35 minutes to get to the branch at 4:28 pm,then waited to be serviced meant absolutely nothing to them. This is only one of the many issues I've had at this branch. The mangers are rude and the work ethic is deplorable.
