Don't waste your time here, I came here with my wife to purchase a car they had. Layla a sales person didn't want to go with us or have any idea bout the vehicle and tried to give us wrong information. This is not our first dealer, finally we had some concerns with the vehicle stopping us from buying. A manager name Jerry came out and said we will fix it after you purchase? Really ? my wife got pissed and we left to buy elsewhere.

The courtesy and hospitality of the salesmen was great. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions about the vehicles. I went in there knowing exactly what I wanted and they were able to work with me and get me into what I wanted. Great service, I will definitely recommend friends, family, and whom ever may read this review make Ultimate Buick GMC their first stop when looking for a new vehicle or service.

I arrived early but was istantly ushered in to the service area & graciously greeted with friendly & professional service! My car was serviced quickly , my additional concerns answered courteously! My car was returned cleaner then when I drove it in. I would & have recommended this dealership to friends & family! Jim

The service department was awesome! I was on vacation and my car broke down near them and they hooked me up and got me back on the road faster then I could have imagined. They have a fantastic group to work with in the service department. Thanks to Ian for keeping me up to speed with everything that was being done and explaining everything!

This service center is always ready to be of the utmost of service. They run on time, finish on time - often early, have respectable and friendly staff, very good prices, and just offer a great experience. You just know your car and your time is in good hands. I live in Alexandria and I have no issues driving to get their service.
