Geico Federal Credit Union in Fredericksburg, VA

If I could give this bank less than one star I would. You can never get ahold of anyone. I only did after weeks of trying by pretending to become a new customer. They are AWFUL. All the comments below are absolutely true. There is never any assistance. I had personal information sent to me via email. There's no actual way to deposit money into the account aside from mailing in a check to a branch in San Diego. Geico prides itself on customer service but this bank/credit union/ should not even affiliate its name with Geico. The service is horrendous. What a waste of time even signing up. Don't do it. I repeat do not do it.

Can not get in contact with a rep period.. fast to decline a transactions with plenty of money in the account. You try to contact them ...no answer. My husband has made several attempts to contact the for 2 hours straight..left messages. No call back.. I'm sure if Geico's claim reps treated their customers that way, they would be terminated or Geico would be out of business.. would not recommend this credit union to anyone. Per the rest of the reviews seems to be a come problem..And to think we were actually going to switch from ABNB to this...Thank God we didn't.

I have been trying to get into contact with someone from customer service for the past three days. I have been calling all hours of the day, leaving messages and submitting online inquiries. I used to work for GEICO and I moved and I do not want to drive nearly an hour to handle this. This is simply the worst service I have ever received in my life.

I passionate despise GEICO Federal Credit Union. I have never been able to speak with anyone regards to my account because when I call then representative picks up the phone, stays silent for 10 min then hangs up. THE ABSOLUTE WORST! This is what you get when a company is a "low cost provider" - substandard customer service.

This is the worst. My car is financed with them and I'm trapped. I want nothing more than to get out of this loan and refinance somewhere else. I cannot even make an online payment!!! Ughh!!!!
