First off I want to start off by saying that the customer service was beyond outstanding. I went in to the store and the whole procedure was fairly quick and the whole time I was there I felt very welcomed. I needed a loan as soon as possible for a conflict I came across. I mean this place has been the most helpful than most other places I’ve gotten loans from. I got approved for 2,000 the same day. Wow! Does it get better than this? The representatives there are bilingual as well so it helps out a lot. I would definitely come back to this place for another loan.

The staff at Fast Cash Title Loans were both friendly and patient as they walked me through the loan process. Maria was exceptional and I couldn't be more thankful with the time she took to make sure I filled out all the paperwork correctly. Original review: Nov. 8, 2016 I needed to cover my payroll for a few weeks and was referred by a friend to Fast Cash Title Loans (Two locations Sterling & Arlington Blvd). Their lending process at the Arlington office was very easy - The process took no more then 30 minutes. Maria who assisted me throughout this process was extremely professional, kind, and answered all my questions. Maria took her time going through the process with the application explaining each section. She was very professional, helpful and made me feel comfortable with the situation. Working with them helped me out significantly.

Maria was fantastic! I work off commission and fast cash title loans always comes thru for me in a pinch. They are so friendly in comparison to other title loan places. Thanks again fast cash.

Customer service was good if you're a Spanish speaker customer you have to ask to speak to Maria. She explained how the entire process works on the phone to me and it helped me understand how title loans work in general. Not only that, but my brother who was interested in getting a loan but doesn't speak English well found her very helpful. The fact that Maria is bilingual always helps, if you only speak Spanish you know how annoying and hard it is to have someone attempt to explain something to you in English using a couple of Spanish words. I appreciate the help! I only spoke to her on the phone but I plan on going in today! Thank you again for the excellent phone service!
