After the transition to Capital One this particular store became the worst! DON"T MAKE THE DEPOSITS THROUGHT ATM MACHINE! People working in that branch are not responsible and make you wait and place a claim which going to take about 2 weeks or even more. The supervisor is careless! avoid CAPITAL ONE!

Don't bother trying to make a deposit at the ATM. It apparently is not set up to recognize currency of the United States.

Worst bank ever. Can't or won't give me my money. 18 different logins for the same thing but not the only thing that I would like. My money. Chase can transfer money. Why can't you? Cause you're bad at banking. Capital one. Keeping yo money.
