Bb&t charge fees to cash a check of you don't have any accounts. One more way too siphen money from people. Ill never open an account with then.

This rating is not on the entire branch, but its on one employee. His name is Michael Kranich. I have been a BB&T customer for over 10 years, and this been my primary branch for the past 2. I know almost everyone that works there including Michael. Every time I was being serviced by Michael, he never smiles or tries to have any sort of conversation. Which I really did not care much, maybe that's how he is. But yesterday when I needed to get my adoption court papers notarize, Michael would only notarize 1 page out of the 2 saying "he does not feel comfortable doing it". WTF?!!!! And then I see him servicing another customer, a white woman, and he smiles. OH WOW!!!! FOR REAL!!! oh maybe I should mention that I am brown. I hope you read this Michael, because I will still get my adoptive daughter, and make sure to raise her to rise above people like you.
