Wells Fargo Bank in Bristol, VA

VERY RUDE!! This was also my first time in with a 2,000 dollar chech to open an account, I also am a new home owner and was looking to switch banks. The young girl that was waiting on me was very nice but when another teller heard me ask if there were any locations in kingsport she made a point to tell me no, in a very rude tone.. why would I do business whith a bank with 1 location 30 miles from my home In kingsport?

I agree with the person below me. I have had many many problems with this bank since I started. I would have left but one lady was very good at her job and got it figured out. If you're looking for easy, just put money in a account and not really anything else like pay bills through it and stuff It would be okay but if you are looking to use a card online a lot and pay bills directly I would look elsewhere.. Going to the bank today because the ATM their last night would not give me back my credit card after I made a money deposit through the ATM. i got my receipt and then had to call because it was after hours and the lady I spoke to was very rude and basically said I just have to go get a new card, this will be my 3rd time/new card in the past 6-7 months. So no I would not really choose this as my bank. When I move back home I'll switch to ardvist which they don't have here and I never had any problems with them. Choose wisely!!

Best bank employees around Bristol. They are always helpful. Benefits and ease of a national bank are a plus.
