Suburban Credit Corporation in Alexandria, VA

I'm sick and tired of this company calling me. I finally took the time to actually search up this, and it appears that no one else likes this either.

This is the absolute worst company ever. First of all, if you set up an automatic payment plan with them, make sure you double check their doing their job. Twice now they have not taken the money out and have now sent me over to the creditors when I was told they would not if I had set up the automatic bill pay. They have no clue what they are doing and are incapable of doing their job correctly.

I was informed of a debt via voicemail. When I called back, I spoke to a very rude man who wouldn't give me details of the business I owed money to. He refused and said "okay, I'll make a note that you refused to pay" after 1 minute into the conversation. I called back hoping to get answers from a different person. The next person was nice and informative. I called the business to confirm I owed money, called Suburban CC back, spoke to another nice person, and paid my debt. I got a receipt in 3 business days. I owed money and they just do their job, so I can't complain. However, that one worker needs to stop jumping to conclusions and treating callers like criminals.

They are saying i owed money. I even called them hositpal and they even said i dont owe anything. The giy was extremely rude and hanged up on me. They have it on my credit report when it shouldn't be on there. They shouldnt even be a business.
