Check City in West Valley City, UT

I blew it. I failed to cover a large loan payment on time because I forgot about it. And I had nothing to put on it. I called them to let them know the check was rubber and it bounced hard. I was expecting a bad boy speech and instead I was treated like GOLD. The collection people were better then great. They helped me work out a recovery plan to resolve this mess. And to add to all this, they never asked for the whole amount. They only asked for what I could do and had concern it wasn't going to put me into a bind. They worked out a plan with me that was manageable. Of course there are late fee's but that was my fault, not theirs. Don't hide from these people. They will work with you. What is even better, Once it is paid it's erased. It never happened. Yeah, I will be back and so will all I recommend.

The employees are awesome and they're great listeners the only thing bad about this check city is the manager she pulls out stupid s*** she is not a great manager she does not listen to what you need to say I called to try to change my address so they could have the correct one on file but she needed proof of my new address isn't that stupid apparently she does not want my new address

Friendly staff and you don't need your I'd once you have an account set up to cash your checks through them but it can be kinda expensive to cash a check here.

These guys have been just great to work with and if you're not a bonehead and you actually pay the money back in a timely fashion the interest is not bad at all... I borrowed 400 bucks for a couple of weeks and it cost me $42 they're awesome highly recommended.
