Good location and good staff. Never have to wait long (if at all) with how many tellers they have.

I bank here regularly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service is quick.

Do not recommend using the atm didn't deposit my check nor did it spit it back out had to call the manager not the first time this has happend and it kept my debit card only at this location have I had this issue

While I do bank here regularly, with tremendous appeal, the loan officers are incompetent. Often times my vocabulary pertaining to the matter was too advanced. The loan officers, specifically Brenda, didn't stop to question my diction. IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND THE WORDS, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PROCEED WITH THE BUSINESS ON HAND. They also made assumptions rather than ask their superior to verify.

At every America First I feel very welcomed wanting to come back and making my way out with a positive experience, unfortunately at this location I didn't feel so welcomed they don't ask how your day is going or try to have a conversation with you like they do at other locations, they try to rush everything, don't even ask if you need anything else or offer opportunities you have as a customer, they make you feel like they could careless if they get your service or not, really don't recommend this location it was my first time there and definitely my last. Horrible experience. The West Jordan and West Valley location on 3500 have the best customer service I've experienced.
