Wells Fargo Bank in Orem, UT

The Banker Natalie is amazing! Very helpful and truly does care. I recommend seeing her first.

My work uses Wells Fargo for our payroll. I stopped in there to cash a couple of my checks. I don't have an account with them, but my checks are written through them. They wanted to charge $7.00 each to cash them. That is just ridiculous. The teller was very nice and told me if I opened an account that day, there would be no charge. It saddens me that there is no customer service or public courtesy anymore. I'd say we are nickled and dimed every where we turn. But is a lot more than nickles and dimes. No wonder Walmart is taking everything over. It's cheaper to cash a check there and to get a money order. Everything's about the all mighty dollar, not about service. Just sad.

The people here have always been really helpful for me. They're helpful both in person and through the drive through. They seem to always hire a recently returned missionary, who is over eager to help everyone. The ATM is kind of weird and congested. They did try to upsell me on a bunch of useless products, like was in the news. But they never contacted me to apologize.
