CheckSmart in Orem, UT

So, I went in on the weekend in the morning, two girls that couldn't keep themselves decent, as an attempt to placate me with their carnal natures, granted me a loan. I called back for more money on Monday, and they wanted another reference from me if they were going to give me more cash. The moment that I said anything a long the lines of not agreeing with me, they began becoming hostile, hanging up the phone, and they called the police to report a public safety concern that was only being reported by them as a way to terrorize me, claiming to the police that I was committing a crime, when I wouldn't just simply obey any command they gave me. These people aren't smart, because I went right down the street, to another place, who were skilled professionals, who valued the vital elements of customer service. Without using their brains, buckeye let revenue walk right out the door, as if there was something wrong with a customer, just one customer out of many that they do no value. I hope this review finds you, and convinces you, that these people do not justify your intentions for going into their store, let alone, letting them have your money.

Went here tonight after being deceived and ended up being a complete waste of time. It says it is open til 8 but they didn't update it. The worst part is I went here earlier and their computers were down and I even called at 7:03 to confirm they were open and their computers were running and the girl working told me they were, turns out this place was open until 7. Also, they claim to have a courtesy call before they cash your check, never received the call and they cashed my check and over drew my account. I even have phone records to prove all of both events. I agree with John Jackson about their employees being the one of tbe biggest disappointments. Thanks a lot for the continuing source of disappointment and unhelpfulness.
