The Equitable Finance Company in Ogden, UT

These people have horrible customer service. The Layton office had polite people, but the Ogden office is RUDE. I've been with them 2 years and I've never been past 10 days late till recently due to unforseen circumstances. The lady who calls is VERY RUDE!! If you can get loan somewhere, please do. I would give these guys no stars if I could. Boooooo Equitable Finance Ogden Office!!!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would you make arrangements with their boss she says yes, then turns around has one of the employees keep calling harrassing you even thou the boss gives you ok then that employee tells you that ain't going to work. Why say yes then something different. Wonder why was it because it was 5:30 & office was about to close and just wanted to say yes but she gave me account number and verified on the phone again the day would come in and do payment before hanging up. Plus coming to place where I live. A person can only do so much but is trying. Even thou what said was said still calls
