Mountain America Credit Union in Ogden, UT

Mountain America Banks are pretty great but this office.... the wait time is horrible. I have been going to this branch for about a year and every time the wait time is horrible. Very disappointed in this office.

This bank is slower than slow it almost feels like they expect people to have all the time in the world to be waiting just to make a deposit the service is crap they never welcomed me they are making me want to go to Wells Fargo after what just happened to them this Bank doesn't even make me feel like they want to do business with you every time I come in here the minimum I have to wait 15 minutes just for a deposit. it's ridiculous!

Wait times are terrible! I waited in the drive thru for 35 min. I pulled up i was the only one at the drive thru, now they have a total of 4 cars and no one is being helped. Customer service is great if you can get service!!

I thoroughly enjoy Mountain America Credit Union and especially this branch. It has been very handy and the employees have been nothing but great to me.. I haven't had any dealings with this current manager but the previous one was very personable and professional, we met with him several times.
