they are not very good at returning phone calls

We were with another company for 2 years and got no results... they could never tell us anything about our credit when we called, and we never got any correspondence from them. Within a week of signing up with Bolt we were receiving mail form the credit bureaus, and our credit was starting to improve within about 30 days. It's been almost 9 months now, and our credit has improved enough for us to get our mortgage underway. Nine months compared to 2 years AND Bolt was half the cost per month... I'd recommend these guys to anyone who needs to repair their credit!
