Heritage Jewelry and Loan in Sugar Land, TX

My husband and I have both been very happy with our watch purchases from Heritage Jewelry! Heritage is a great LOCAL family owned & operated place to find nice watches, jewelry, guns, guitars, etc. I'd definitely shop there again & will refer our friends.

I brought in several items to be sold. Although they didn't take any, they were direct and articulate as to what they were looking for and even referred me to an alternate location. They were friendly, helpful and the shop had a nice layout with good security. Outstanding store

They are cheaters . They don't stick to no rules . We are their victims. Got cheated on10000 dollar worth gold . Don't keep gold there for loan . They take it by any means .

i was thoroughly impressed by the courteous and knowledgeable staff, the wide array of merchandise, and the overall professionalism of my entire experience. very fair and respectful bunch. enjoyed my time in the shop. it's refreshing to have some genuine down home customer service these days. you'll get the feeling they want to help you, not fleece you. the interest rate on a much needed personal loan was frankly a blessing. i would highly recommend Heritage, and will definitely take my business there going forward. ps.. the shop dog is such a good boy

Really friendly team, I enjoy dropping by every few weeks to check out their new inventory. Very fair guys to deal with, and they have high ethical standards. They commonly recommend alternatives and give advice to myself and other customers that clearly is against their financial interest, but they believe in establishing long term relationships, and are not chasing the quick money.
