Was in a hurry on my lunch hour. The regions teller kept me waiting 10mins. There were two tellers who were working the desk. This is unacceptable..

I started with Regions towards the middle of 2015 and have been very pleased with my service received through them ! Regions even has security that shocked me as I was email notified to confirm a transaction (that actually wasn't mine) and to call the bank if it was not a purchase I made. They reported the transaction and I was able to walk in to my local Regions for a temporary debit card until my new card was sent in the matter of a few days. This was extremely helpful especially since I dislike using cash or checks to make daily purchases. I also use their Mobile App on a daily now to make sure that I know of all transactions that hit my account to prevent that issue from occurring again. Everytime I go to Regions or call their Customer Care line, I always get great service. I'm referring my partner to Regions as well!
