Been a customer for 15 years, All i can say is the Southlake location need help or a manager. Drive through is always slow. Today i waited 10 min with no hello or anything, when they did say "ill be right with you" they help the guy that just pulled up 10 min after me.

The EECU always has the best customer service. The Southlake Branch of the bank has helped me several times to understand my statements better and two of the workers personally helped me set up my online banking.
