I called to confirm that my transaction which I had left in the overnight deposit was in fact received and processed. I left a note requesting a phone call to confirm my transaction was proceesed. After waiting on hold for several minutes, a manager came on the phone and explained in an rather rude tone that they do not usually call customers to confirm transactions left in the overnight box but it was in fact completed. I explained that I understood that this was not the normal procedure but the reason I left the note requesting a phone call was because this was up against a deadline and after all it was a simple request. Horrible service and will be moving my account elsewhere!

This is a very good Wells Fargo. The complaints listed below are due to the folks not being intelligent enough to know common banking practices. They are always nice, efficient and accurate here. They have standard banking practices they have to follow, so at least be aware of them, or ask prior to a transaction, before you complain.

all tellers are a notary. They are all professional and very helpful

I don't need to venture into a branch much, but when I do, this is the one I use. The line moves quickly and the staff is friendly. They even find ways to keep my kids entertained while they finish my transaction.
