BBVA Compass in Selma, TX

I found it is not the bank, as a whole it is THIS BRANCH at the FORUM. THEY have terrible customer service! They hold checks for days that other branches do not do, and they are just rude!!! I had to give it one star to let me post but they don't deserve that star!!!! HORRIBLE BRANCH

I drop off our deposits for our company and every time it's takes 15+ minutes. The tellers actually leave the window or they stand around talking. I have waited for 10 minutes before a teller even came to the window and then if someone else pulls up after me she will help them before me, even though I guarantee I am depositing more than they are and I was there long before them. I will be talking to corp. to see if we can use a different bank who actually treats us as a valued customer. Say goodbye to another commercial account.

They're friendly and great customer service!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This bank is ridiculous! You wait on hold for 30 minutes every time you call to, 80% of the time, be hung up on. I just got hung up on 6 times in a row (the final time the man actually got my name and account number before hanging up on me). You go through the phone prompts to get to where you need to be just to be told your in the wrong department, get transferred, be put on hold for another 30 minutes, just to get hung up on again. After VW pays off my auto loan; I will make it a point to NEVER bank with BBVA Compass bank ever again. I will stick with USAA. Lessons learned. If you like being hung up on, no one ever assisting properly, being transferred to a different department every time you do get ahold of a human over the phone, then THIS is the bank for you. If that makes you angry, find yourself another bank.

This banl sucks because all my transfers were canceled with no explanation why. I'm switching to USAA. SCREW THIS BANK. They suck also because they closed down prior locations increasing their inconvenience. So just waiting for my Direct deposits to switch and good riddance.
