Velocity Credit Union in Round Rock, TX

Got my truck loan thru Velocity and its been my best choice ever. Have low interest rate and they are they nicest people ever.

They were able to get my Auto loan interest rate from 25% down to 6%

Wanted to open a savings account there, since they're opening a branch in Cedar Park. We live in Burnet county, and, like most in this county, we do our shopping and errands in Cedar Park or Austin. Apparently, we don't qualify to let them have our money, even though the new branch will be 25 min from our house. The Barbie I talked to on the phone was less than helpful and clearly didn't care about her job.

NO customer service. I JUST opened up a joint checking account with my husband and I am in the process of switching everything over from UFCU. An error was made with payment from my capital one cc which had Velocity chosen as my primary account for payments. (I haven't moved any funds over yet) which caused a $30 return fee from Velocity. When I called to see if there was anything that could be done in regards to reversing the fee being that I am a new account holder and this was my first error the guy on the other line just simply stated that he couldn't do it. REALLY? UFCU has had NO problem helping me in the past with mistakes EVEN if they were mine. They gave me a chance. But nope, NOT VELOCITY. First time error and new account holder and they wont even help you! Think me and my husband want to use this checking account now? Hell no. I will stick with UFCU and cancel my Velocity account due to their awful and non-existent customer service. SMH.

This bank is trash I've encountered way too many issues trying to the simplest of things
